Our Philosophy - Victoria Communication Services has been around since 1985 and under the present ownership since 1987. The goal of this business and its' owner, Jennifer Rode Hartman, is to offer the widest range of products and solutions with the very best in customer service, technical knowledge and beneficial pricing to the customer. VCS has been in the two-way radio business since inception and involved in the cellular/wireless market since its beginning in Victoria as an agent for GTE Mobilnet-SWB-Cingular Wireless. In 1998 VCS Security Systems was opened as a parallel of this philosophy in the security and home theater industry offering the very same level of customer service, technical knowledge and beneficial pricing to the customer with alarm systems for both burglary & fire, UL monitoring, CCTV, access control systems, audio systems, home cinema/theater, phone and intercom systems, and many products used in today's required by the Homeland Security priorities.
